CHRISTIAN SIRIANO FALL 2012 COLLECTION

Forgive me for my not so flattering photos, but these were the few I managed to snap and somehow end up liking enough to share with all of you. I’ve supplemented photos from Style.com  as well just to give you a clearer picture of some of my favorite pieces and how great this collection truly is.

Like at the Rachel Zoe Presentation, I was pretty ecstatic to end up front row at the Christian Siriano show and not so coincidentally I chose to wear my Christian Siriano for Payless shoes (photos to come!) But enough about me! I’ve always thought that Siriano’s designs emulated dramatic glamour and the environment of the show definitely served as a pre-cursor as to what was coming next. The usual use of black was predominant, in terms of dresses, shoes and jackets. Pops of color such as the deep/ruby red ruffled dress was a nice added element to the mix of sophisticated darkness which reigned. The added use of fur and flowing silhouettes really emphasized the glamourous element which was mentioned earlier.

With this lustful array of evening-wear it’s hard to imagine wearing anything else. So you see that Christian Siriano? You’ve teamed up with Payless, but after that collab and this stellar collection, you’re leaving us hungry for more! …Well that goes for me anyways!
